Flower Hound Administrative Assistant

Position: Full Time, Year Round

Salary: Starting at $22/hr DOE

Flower Hound is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep our floral studio and event operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, loves organization, and enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities:

• Managing invoices, estimates, and proposals
• Responding to client emails and communications
• Assisting with event coordination and scheduling
• Organizing calendars, project details, and shop operations
• Supporting the team with administrative and day-to-day tasks
• Maintaining systems and helping projects stay on track

Ideal Candidate:

• Organizational wizard with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking and managing deadlines
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented
• Experience with administrative work, customer service, or event coordination preferred

Flower Hound Shop Attendant 

Position(s) Full Time, Year Round and Full Time Summer Seasonal 

Salary: Starting at $18/hr DOE

Flower Hound is looking for a friendly, reliable, and creative Shop Attendant to join our team full time, year round. This role involves helping customers in-store, caring for plants and flowers, merchandising the shop, assisting with daily operations, and supporting floral and event projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers and creating a welcoming shop experience
• Caring for plants, flowers, and retail inventory
• Merchandising and restocking the store
• Processing sales and helping with deliveries/orders
• Supporting floral prep and event projects
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and inspiring

Ideal Candidate:

• Positive, outgoing, and dependable
• Loves plants, flowers, and creative spaces
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Retail, customer service, or floral experience is a plus
